Customer Having problem getting product
Hi have a very irate customer who have not received his product. I emailed the info to you but he states that he has not heard from you. Please let me know what I should do in this matter. His paypal payment is on hold and he is asking for a refund.

Hey Casandra,
For some reason it seems that about 1 out of 5 don't get redirected properly and don't receive their initial email. I have gone through all of my emails
for the day and sent out to all who have not gotten in. But please email me this customer's info so I can be sure I get ahold of him. Thanks!
