Product dispute

I've just received word of a dispute from a buyer who says that he has not received the MySurfBiz kit. He says that he received a message that he was subscribed. I sent him a message in the Resolution Center with Paypal saying that I'd check the problem out. So where can I check to resolve the problem. JL Garcia

The clients email address: ozopps@gmail.com. the user name is ozopps internet.

I just ran across the same problem, can I use the same letter. It might be a good Idea to include this information in the setup.

Hi guys,

we're glad to say that all these frustrations will soon end. Rina has taken over MSB and is in the process of getting it set up on a proper membership site.

Apparently PaySpree was not sending that link to new members, but it was supposed to. We expect JVZoo will do a better job.
