Paypal Dispute
Hi just received an email from paypal regarding a dispute about MySurfBiz. Someone has joined but not received any information so has asked for their money back.
They say they have sent 2 emails. I presume to admin, not sure. I have agreed to refund the money. Its not worth the hassle of arguing the point. Has anyone else had any problems of a similar vein.

Re: Paypal Dispute
Hi Adriana,
The best way to avoid this problem is to send your own welcome
and support email to your buyer the moment you receive the funds in
your PayPal account. Send the email to their PayPal email address, or
AlertPay address if that applies.
Then you can re-forward the same email to the buyer should they
lodge a refund request as proof that you sent them the links required
to access the member's area to set up their surf biz.
Here is a copy of the the email I send. You can copy/change it
to suit your preference:
I do not provide links in my autoresponder messages because
subscribers have not necessarily paid yet. But I include contact
details in each message and ask subscribers to let me know that
they've joined and paid so I can give them guidance on where to
go and what to do next.
I don't send the above email when the payment cycle (one out of
every four sales) is made directly to Powers Prosperity, MySurfBiz,
as I don't think we have access to the buyer's email address, at least
I have not found it anywhere in PaySpree.
PaySpree do have a link where you can re-send the download link to
the buyer through the PaySpree back office, but I have not used
that. I assume it could only apply to people who paid you
directly, not anyone who paid Powers Prosperity.
There's not much we can do about people not reading their
emails, or emails getting lost in junk/spam folders or the
cyberspace black hole, but that is one reason I prefer to have
my subscribers confirm their subscription. It also serves as a
reminder to them that they filled out the form in the first place!
Hope this helps,
Jude

If for some reason you are not able to login,
let me know and I will send you another link
