Two customers have not received the product...
Hi,
I have two customers telling me they did not receive any email after paying for the product. I received their payment. I've asked them to check their spam/junk folder...
If they come back and tell me they have not received an email, what do I do?
Can I give them the special members' log in link that I received in my email? - It looks like a general link for all members, not one linked to my specific account...
I created a ticket about the problem... Still waiting for a response...

hi David, I usually send them the link I have, and copy Rick on the email. Then he mails them too so they know they are being looked after.

Yeah right now I think I might have found another problem with the PaySpree link sending system that I think I can fix. Please email those members' emails to me
and I will get them in
