When payment after a sale

After making a sale, when I am paid in my paypal account? Apparently the payments are not instantaneous.

The PaySpree commission process makes sure that you get paid instantly. To do this
they have to split it up sale by sale.

Since you earn 75% commission, they split it up by the sales. So, this means
that MySurfBiz gets the first sale and you get the full amount of the next 3 sales. Then
MySurfBiz gets the next sale, and you get the next 3 and so on....
