Traffic exchanges

I am Stuck in the middle of creating mysurfbiz. Please help me. I am unable to Sign up at hitsafari with and without my upline.can i use another exchange ..or what other option do i have.....i already emailed her to send me another link and have recieved no response....help

You don't say why you can't join Hit Safari? What kind of errors are you getting. If you know a little HTML, it's not too hard to set any exchanges you want to use in place of it. Just edit the page in any HTML editor, or even Notepad.
