2 sign up forms on my new step1 page

2 sign up forms on my new step1 page

Some how after uploading the new step1 page,I ended up with 2 signup forms at the bottom of my page. Can anyone tell me how to rid this problem?

Seeing double perhaps? 
It's that time of year!
If it is still a problem, redo the text crawler for the Step 1 page. Before you redo it,
be sure to delete the previous one from your computer and from Webstarts.
