Please I need Help

Hello my friends I need your help please I am getting upset I have tried many times to get this going on step 1 and 2 I did download the step 1 and 2 in Mozilla Firefox and send it to the desktop on a shortcut could that be the case,? then I downloaded textcrawler and now I don't see the step 2 in textcrawler I don't know what I did wrong but I want to get this going asap please help I know it can be hard for some reason I got the first part of webstarts and payspree fine no problem but when I got to step 1and 2 their is where I have a problem could you please give me some insight Thank You all for your help Rebecca

The best insight I can give you is that it is easiest to simply delete your Step 1 and Step 2 files and start the
extraction again, by following the instructions here:

hi Wendy, if you watch the setup video again you will see that when Rick is searching for his step2 file, he has to use the "all files" option in the search box, and then the step2 file shows up. So that is what you need to do as well.
